SHIPPING

  • We currently only ship to the UK, including England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

  • We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48® on all our orders.

  • Our standard delivery cost for purchases bellow £75.00 is £2.70 per order.

    For orders above £75.00 we offer free delivery with code FREEDELIVERY75.

    We occasionally offer free delivery on all orders. To take advantage of the promo make sure to follow us on socials.

  • We aim to dispatch ready-to-ship items within 1-3 working days of order placement.

    For custom pieces times may vary depending on the availability of materials and labour requirements. In this case an estimated dispatch date will be communicated via email.

  • Generally, delivery times to mainland UK take 3-5 working days.

    Delivery estimates are purely estimates and delays may occur during transit for which we bear no responsibility.

    If a delay occurs prior to dispatch we will contact you via email to notify you.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking code will be issued, which you will receive via email.

RETURNS

  • All items, excluding earrings and bespoke pieces, are eligible for a return and full refund on the following conditions:

    1. Items are unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.

    2. Items are returned within 14 days of receipt.

    3. Return includes original receipt or order details (name, address and order number) to process refund.

    We recommend you use a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items are returned safely.

    In the unfortunate event your return gets lost in transit, we will be unable to process your refund and you will have to raise a compensation claim directly through your chosen courier.

  • We take all reasonable measures to test and check our items prior to dispatch, yet occasional faults may occur.
