RETURNS POLICY
SECTION 1: Contract
Upon your order being dispatched, you enter into a contract with LMÉ STUDIO LIMITED, which provides you with statutory rights as outlined by UK law, including the right to return your order, under the condition that eligibility is met.
SECTION 2: Eligibility
All items, excluding earrings and bespoke pieces, are eligible for a return and full refund on the following conditions:
Items are in original condition, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.
Items are returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return includes original receipt or order details (name, address and order number) to process refund.
SECTION 3: Exclusions
Excluded from our refund policy and eligibility are:
Earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Bespoke and custom made items.
In the event, though, that the above are faulty, please contact us at contact@lamaisoneclectique.co.uk and we will be happy to review your case for a potential exchange, repair or full refund.
SECTION 4: Timeframe
REGULAR RETURNS
All returns must be made within 14 days of customer receiving their order. Anything returned past this date will not be considered for an exchange or refund.
FAULTY RETURNS
Items that present structural or material faults can be returned after correspondence with ourselves to review the case within 6 months (180 days) of customer receiving their order.

As a small business, we urge our customers to shop consciously and hence do not offer free returns. The customer is liable to cover all postage expenses for a return. We recommend you use a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items are returned safely.
In the unfortunate event your return gets lost in transit, we will be unable to process your refund and you will have to raise a compensation claim directly through your chosen courier.
SECTION 6: Processing a refund
Upon receiving a return that is eligible for a refund, we aim to process a full refund within 1-3 working days of receipt. Funds will be returned to the original payment account and the time it takes for funds to appear in your account will depend on the company you bank with.
SECTION 7: Non-eligible returns
In the event we receive a return that does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will not be able to process a refund and will contact you (provided your information is enclosed in the return) to inform you why this is the case. Thereafter, you will be given the option to have the item returned to you at your own expense or leave the item with us.
SECTION 8: Faulty items
When we refer to faulty items, we refer to items that present faults in the manufacturing, construction or materials. Natural wear and tear according to the materials of each design are not classed as faults and will not be considered for exchange, repair or full refund.
RECEIVING A FAULTY ITEM
We take all reasonable measures to test and check our items prior to dispatch, yet occasional faults may occur.

AN ITEM DEVELOPING A FAULT
In the unfortunate event your item develops a fault within the first 6 months (180 days), please contact us at contact@lamaisoneclectique.co.uk detailing the issue that has occurred and providing photo evidence where necessary and we will review the case for a potential exchange, repair or full refund.
